Manager, Marketing Analytics and Database with at least 2 years experience supervising others with a strong statistical background.
The ideal candidate will be a team oriented and organized individual who is comfortable with managing multiple statistical, data analysis, and reporting projects simultaneously, with the ability to work within operating budget constraints.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Produces daily, weekly, monthly packet of standard marketing/sales reports, employing basic data compilation, elementary descriptive statistics, and probability distributions.
Perform advanced analytics using large datasets, drawing marketing insights from results.
Develop predictive models and algorithms to lift response and conversion in all marketing channels.
Improve profit from direct response advertising campaigns — profiling, response models, data mining, and pattern recognition analyses to lift response, utilizing sales conversion rates, and average revenue per sale.
Apply models to prospect/customer footprint and provide value scores to create effective marketing deployment campaigns.
Build marketing campaigns using CRM solution.
Aids strategic marketing planning function perceptual maps, multidimensional scales, forecasting, and Monte Carlo simulations.
Assists primary consumer research function tests of significance and other analyses to support advertising, customer satisfaction, and other proprietary studies.

Required Skills:
Expert in Multiple-Regression Model-Construction Methodology
Project Management Skills
Computer Skills: Software Packages: SPSS, SPSS PASW Modeler, SAS JUMP, MS Access, PowerPoint

Education and/or Experience:
Bachelors Degree in Statistics or Mathematics; knowledge of statistics required
Minimum 2 yrs experience in analytical role
Expert knowledge of SQL, MS Excel, MS Access
Required: Expert knowledge with SPSS, SPSS PASW Modeler
SAS & SAS JUMP experience a plus
Experience with data manipulations of large datasets
Experience with CRM and Database logic

The BOSS Group has a client in Harrisburg, PA in need of a great Sr. Copywriter to lead their agency. This person will need to have a varied background and be able to write for all mediums. They are willing to pay relocation costs is needed for the right person.
Description of Job Title:
Responsible for developing advertising copy and other creative text for the tactical components of strategic, integrated communications programs and other projects as assigned. Work with internal teams and clients to understand client objectives, message, audience and resources. Develop or collaborate on creative approaches and conduct necessary research. Contribute to business development efforts by providing information, education and proposals for prospective clients.

Essential Duties:
1.   Develop advertising copy and other creative text for the tactical components of strategic, integrated communications programs and selected large projects that have the necessary budget to support his or her involvement.
2.   Work collaboratively with the Creative Director, lead strategist and Brand Activation Manager to ensure a strong understanding of the client’s business goals; marketing objectives; communications strategy; target market and audience; key products, services and value propositions; timing expectations and budget requirements.
3.   Conduct supplemental research as necessary to ensure a strong understanding of the client’s products, services, target audience, and competitive environment. The advertising copywriter takes additional steps, as needed, to enhance his or her knowledge and ensure the ability to write accurate, on-target advertising copy for integrated programs.
4.   Work in a close-knit partnership with creative team members to form workable concepts and ideas. Generally, the copywriter will execute the Creative Director’s strategy and form copy that aligns with the Art Director’s visual approach.
5.   Translate guidance from the Creative Director or other creative lead along with an understanding of the client’s business goals, marketing objectives and communications strategy into compelling, creative copy that speaks to the target market and audience; showcases the client’s products, services, value propositions and brand in a differentiated manner; and meets the client’s business and marketing objectives.
6.   Write clear, persuasive, creative copy and scripts for traditional and online applications.
7.   Follow the Lead Project Manager’s direction regarding deadlines and budget expectations.
8.   Proofread copy and provide the highest level of quality assurance before releasing work for client review.
9.   Present copy and the creative approach in professionally executed client presentations.
10.   Consult with other team members who affect the final creative product on integrated campaigns. Participate in casting TV and radio work if budget allows.
11.   Assist as needed in writing proposals for integrated communications opportunities. The copywriter may also participate in presentations to sell and win new business opportunities.
12.   Demonstrate excellent client relations skills and attention to providing a quality client experience.

Qualifications
