It’s simple really, we need your help! Things are a lot easier for us when we have talented people telling us where other talented people are. Collecting strong referrals to candidates who fit our positions are so valuable to our business that we’ll pay you for it!
You can receive a referral bonus for each new applicant you refer to The BOSS Group who is placed directly with one of our clients on a fee basis within six months of their interview with us. To be eligible, you, the referring employee, must be acknowledged by the applicant during his/her initial contact or interview. Bonus will be paid upon the referral employee’s completion of guarantee period, usually 30 days after their start date.
How Should I Refer Someone?
Option 1
We would prefer that you use LinkedIn to refer talent our way. Here’s how.
- If we’re not connected already, invite one of us to connect on LinkedIn, either Hal at h.shapiro@thebossgroup.com, or Brendon at b.derr@thebossgroup.com.
- Forward our blog to your friends and colleagues on LinkedIn, by clicking on the LinkedIn icon in the right hand sidebar of this screen. In your message, ask your connections to request an introduction to us (Hal or Brendon) through your profile on LinkedIn. Your referrals MUST include a note indicating that they are applying to a specific position that is concurrently posted on this blog.
- Should your referral be placed with one of our clients, we will be following up with you to collect additional documentation and payment information. And that’s it!
Option 2
If you agree with us that this whole Linkedin process seems a bit complicated, then simply email talent referrals, including the person’s name, phone number, and email address, to Hal at h.shapiro@thebossgroup.com!
